The assembling of a structure purchased from 64 Squared Structures on site (your property), does not include a concrete foundation other than subfloor provided and also exlcudes paint and delivery of item (Delivery of item can be added and purchased in cart).  The assembly purchase is the same price for all structures - Sheds, Chicken Coop, Water Well Housing.
